Chef Frank and his team run a scratch kitchen. Entrees are cooked to order using the freshest ingredients available.

Tournedos Henri IV- Grilled twin beef tenderloins served over madeira wine sauce, topped with artichoke heart and bearnaise sauce. 

Grilled Atlantic Swordfish Steak-Topped with a shitake mushroom, tomato, and lemon-caper salad.

Baked Stuffed Haddock-

Fresh North Coast haddock fillet baked en-casserole with lobster stuffing, white wine sauce, and buttered crumbs.
